Expressing her pleasure at Baillie's kind words for her play "The Vespers of Palermo", discussing plans to produce the play again with the support of Mr. Kemble despite the "unfortunate cirumstances" attending its premier, and refuting charges that the work was a translation of Casimir Delavigne's "Vè‚pres Siciliennes".
